We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers, whether you shop with us in-store or online.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we have established the following return policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers:

1. Store Credit for Returns:

In-store purchases and returns
For customers who shop at our brick-and-mortar location, we gladly accept returns of items in original condition within 14 days of purchase. You may return your items in person at our store for a hassle-free return process. We accept returns for store credit up to 30 days after the original purchase. 

Online purchases and exchanges
We understand that while shopping online, sometimes items may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return a non-damaged item, we will gladly provide you with store credit for the full purchase amount.
- To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date and must be in their original packaging and condition.

2. Damaged Items:

- If you receive an item that is damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we will work with you on getting you the item in its intended condition. 
- To initiate a replacement for a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process your replacement.

3. How to Return an Item:

-Please email our customer service at hello@tiffanypinerostyleco.com to request a replacement or store credit authorization.
- Once you receive your authorization, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Include a copy of your receipt and the return authorization in the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.

4. Important Notes:

Shipping costs for returns/ exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged items.
- Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition will not be eligible for store credit.

5. Exceptions:

- Final sale items and custom orders are not eligible for returns or store credit.
